Mike Newton, President - Newton is the founder of Dedicated Micros and AD Group's CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and CTO (Chief Technical Officer).The creative and entrepreneurial force behind Dedicated Micros, which he started in 1982, Newton is credited with bringing to market the world's first commercially viable CCTV multiplexer, - a major landmark in the growth of CCTV. In addition, his revolutionary DVST product line from 1991 demonstrates a longstanding connection with IP video and transmission. In 1997 Newton established AD Group, focusing on mobile CCTV solutions for aviation, video over IP and remotely monitored CCTV, with offices in the UK and US. By 2001 this had been transformed into a single global force encompassing all AD Group brands, including Dedicated Micros, and a common technology DNA - NetVu Connected - to deliver a seamless video platform across mobile and fixed security applications.

More recently Newton has been the inspiration behind the 'deterministic' Closed IPTV solutions which recently secured a 2010 ASIS Accolades Award. Beyond CCTV, Newton is a two-time class winner at the Le Mans 24 Hours and a frequent competitor at Daytona. He also has a strong connection to aviation both as a qualified pilot and through AD Group subsidiary AD Aerospace which is an approved supplier to the Boeing company.

PAULINE NORSTROM

Pauline Norstrom, Vice President - Norstrom is a Group Board Director and Director of Worldwide Marketing at AD Group the parent company of Dedicated Micros, Inc.. She has over 20 years experience in business management, B2B marketing, sales and Internet development which is invaluable in her new position as Vice President, her key responsibilities being to steer the strategic marketing and positioning of the Group Brands and service offerings worldwide which include Dedicated Micros, Inc. and all Brands within it's parent AD Group.

Norstrom is also Chairman of the CCTV Section of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) where she has taken a lead in the development and promotion of CCTV standards and guidance which are used as a benchmark for best practice all over the world.

NIGEL PETRIE

Nigel Petrie, Chairman of Dedicated Micros, Inc. - has considerable expertise in business management Petrie brings a wider perspective to the Executive Team at Dedicated Micros, Inc. through his considerable expertise in business management and improvement across a wide range of sectors. This proven track record includes working with the prestigious Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric project in Australia and being the Managing Director of First Hydro Company, a peak generator trading in the UK electricity market. Petrie also has considerable non-executive experience in the Healthcare sector both in the US and the UK. In addition to his Dedicated Micros, Inc. role, Petrie serves as Chairman of parent company AD Group and as Chairman of Neptune Renewable Energy a leader in the development of tidal stream power.

JOHN BONSEE

John Bonsee, Senior Vice President of Sales - Bonsee is a longstanding member of the team at Dedicated Micros, Inc. and is also Senior Vice President, Business Development and Sales for AD Group's enterprise video arm, AD Network Video. He has more than 30 years experience in senior level business development and sales positions. This includes 25 years at Baxter Healthcare, Clintec, culminating in the role of Vice President of Sales for the US and the Caribbean. A graduate of Siena College in Loudounville, NY, where he received a B.S. in Economics, John J Bonsee was an Infantry Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. He is currently Co-Vice-Chairman for the Military Liaison Council of ASIS International.
