Dedicated Micros appoints Tamara L. Larson as Vice President of Customer Support Services

Chantilly, VA December 5, 2007 -- Dedicated Micros announces the appointment of Tamara L. Larson to the newly created position of Vice President of Customer Support Services.
In this position, Larson will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of customer support and services for Dedicated Micros solutions, including operations. Larson, who until this promotion served as Director for Customer and Technical Support at Dedicated Micros, will continue to refine the company’s world-class support services organization in the Americas Region to address enterprise applications and end-user solutions for key vertical markets.

A strong promoter of customer satisfaction and loyalty, Larson brings over 10 years of customer service experience and an in-depth knowledge of call center management. In her prior position at Dedicated Micros, Larson was instrumental in creating the Customer Service and Technical Support Groups to ensure that customers and partners had a positive experience with the company’s innovative technology. Larson will continue to be based at the Dedicated Micros’ headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia and will report to Dr. Calegari. She will coordinate with the manufacturing teams in Malta, the United Kingdom and Orlando, Florida.
